Facebook and Instagram Ads for Real Estate Agents

We run Facebook and Instagram ads that put a clear seller offer in front of homeowners, then handle the call that follows so you only meet people who are ready.

What it is

Meta ads reach people while they scroll, so the offer has to earn attention quickly. Real estate ads fall under Meta’s Housing category, which limits targeting, so the offer and the follow-up do most of the work. Our Facebook and Instagram ads guide explains the rules and setup in detail.

What we do

  • We write and run the ads, and set campaign geography by city or radius within the platform’s housing rules.
  • Clicks go to a page built around one offer, not your homepage.
  • Every form fill gets a call within about a minute to confirm ownership and timeline.
  • Real sellers are booked onto your calendar. Sellers who are not ready get months of texts and emails.
  • Your ad budget goes straight to the ad platform, never through us.

What we need from you

  • Access to your ad account and business page, or help creating them.
  • Your target market as a city or radius, and the kinds of homes you want to list.
  • A calendar we can book into, and a phone that answers quickly.
  • A short call to cover your brand basics and how you talk about your work.

How to tell it is working

  • Cost per booked listing appointment.
  • Share of leads reached by phone.
  • Cost per signed listing over time.
  • A report every Monday.

Who it fits

  • Agents who can take listing appointments quickly.
  • Teams that want a steady flow of seller conversations.

Who it does not fit

  • Agents who cannot return a call or show up to an appointment quickly.
  • Anyone expecting listings with no follow-through on their side.

Scope and pricing

Scope, timing and pricing are covered on your strategy call. See how it works and all services.

Frequently asked questions

Can you target my ZIP codes on Facebook?

Google’s housing policy removes ZIP code targeting for housing ads, and Meta’s Housing category is reported to do the same. We set geography by city or radius and let the offer filter. Confirm current options in Ads Manager.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to the ad platform.

How is this different from buying leads?

The ads are run for you, every lead is called within about a minute, and ownership and timeline are confirmed before anyone reaches your calendar.
