These terms cover your use of mainandmainmarketing.com, go.mainandmainmarketing.com and any form, survey, calendar or content we provide (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. Services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
What the Site is
The Site describes paid advertising, lead qualification and appointment-setting services for real estate agents and lets you request a strategy call. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or brokerage advice.
Results and the guarantee
Examples, illustrations and calculators on the Site are for information only and are not a promise of results. Any listing guarantee is defined, sized and agreed in the written service agreement for your account, including the number, the term, what counts as a listing and the conditions on both sides. Until that agreement is signed, no guarantee applies.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information in forms and on calls.
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes and for your own real estate business.
- Comply with your state licensing rules and fair housing law in any campaign we run for you.
Intellectual property
The Site, its copy, design, images and code belong to Main and Main Marketing or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Client text messages shown on the Site are published with the client’s permission.
Third-party services
Booking, forms and messaging run on third-party platforms. Their availability is outside our control and their own terms may apply to your use of them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Main and Main Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Site, and our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Liability under a signed service agreement is governed by that agreement.

By submitting your details you agree we may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute about the Site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date.
